Contributor Policy

6thMind Labs is an AI training and evaluation platform focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital finance.

This Contributor Policy establishes the standards that individuals using the 6thMind Labs contributor platform are expected to follow when accessing and completing Tasks, maintaining their accounts and participating in platform activities.

By participating as a contributor, you agree to comply with this policy together with the 6thMind Labs Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.

6thMind Labs relies on genuine human knowledge, judgment and reasoning.

All Task responses and explanations must reflect the contributor's own work. Contributors must independently read, evaluate and respond to each Task assigned to them.

Artificial Intelligence Use Is Prohibited

Contributors may not use artificial intelligence tools to generate, complete or substantially assist with Task answers or Task explanations.

• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Gemini
• Copilot
• Other generative AI or automated answer-generation systems

Using AI-generated content as your own Task response undermines the purpose of human evaluation and constitutes a violation of this policy.

Contributors are expected to complete Tasks carefully and in good faith.

• Submit answers without meaningfully reviewing the Task
• Intentionally submit random or misleading responses
• Manipulate the Task system or attempt to influence scoring improperly
• Automate Task completion or submission
• Use scripts, bots or unauthorized tools to complete Tasks
• Copy another contributor's responses
• Allow another person to complete Tasks through your account
• Attempt to bypass Task limits, eligibility controls or other platform safeguards

Task availability may vary and is not guaranteed.

Each contributor must provide accurate account information and complete any verification requirements applicable to the account. A contributor account is intended for use only by the verified account holder.

• Impersonate another person
• Provide false or misleading identity information
• Allow another individual to use your account
• Use another contributor's account
• Create accounts using another person's identity
• Attempt to circumvent required identity or security verification

6thMind Labs may request additional verification when reasonably necessary to protect account or platform integrity.

Unless expressly authorized by 6thMind Labs, an individual may maintain only one contributor account.

Creating, controlling or using multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits, obtain duplicate benefits, manipulate referrals, increase Task access or avoid enforcement actions is prohibited.

Related accounts may be reviewed where platform security controls identify activity requiring investigation.

Contributors are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and authentication credentials.

You should not disclose your password, authentication codes, recovery codes or other account-security credentials to another person.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 6thMind Labs support as soon as reasonably possible.

6thMind Labs may apply additional security controls or require additional authentication when necessary to protect an account or the platform.

Contributor earnings are based on qualifying work completed according to the applicable Task and platform rules.

A contributor does not earn compensation merely by opening an account, remaining logged in or submitting a Task response.

Incorrect or otherwise non-qualifying Task submissions do not generate Task earnings where the applicable compensation rules require a correct qualifying response.

Creating an account or maintaining a subscription does not guarantee:

• Task availability
• A minimum number of Tasks
• A minimum amount of work
• A particular level of earnings
• Continued contributor eligibility

Contributors participating in the 6thMind Labs referral program must use the program legitimately.

Referral earnings are credited only when the applicable referral requirements are satisfied.

Contributors must not create fraudulent, duplicate or self-referred accounts or otherwise manipulate the referral system to obtain referral earnings.

6thMind Labs may review referral activity where fraud, duplication, manipulation or other policy violations are reasonably suspected.

6thMind Labs may review contributor accounts for legitimate platform purposes, including:

• Task quality
• Identity or account verification
• Account security
• Suspected duplicate accounts
• Suspected automated or AI-assisted Task activity
• Referral integrity
• Withdrawal eligibility
• Suspected fraud or manipulation
• Compliance with this Contributor Policy or other applicable platform rules

The existence of an account review does not by itself establish that a contributor has violated a policy.

During a review, certain account functionality may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the contributor, other users or platform integrity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the applicable withdrawal requirements displayed by 6thMind Labs.

A withdrawal request may be subject to account, security or compliance review before processing.

Eligible withdrawals are processed using payment methods currently supported by the platform, including Bitcoin (BTC) where applicable.

Contributors are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal information, including a valid compatible wallet address where required.

Cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed after they have been correctly transmitted to the wallet address supplied by the contributor.

• Engage in fraud or deliberate deception
• Interfere with platform security
• Attempt unauthorized access to another account or restricted system
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Manipulate earnings, balances, Tasks, referrals or withdrawals
• Falsify verification information
• Use prohibited automation
• Sell, transfer or share contributor accounts
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Attempt to evade an account restriction or deactivation

A contributor who discovers a suspected technical vulnerability should report it to 6thMind Labs rather than exploit it.

6thMind Labs may take proportionate action when there is a reasonable basis to determine that a contributor has violated platform rules.

Serious misconduct may justify immediate restriction or deactivation without requiring each preceding step.

Potential reasons include fraud, identity manipulation, multiple-account abuse, prohibited AI-assisted Task completion, Task manipulation, unauthorized automation, security abuse or other material violations of platform policies.

If a contributor account is deactivated, the contributor's remaining Earned Balance is forfeited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This is separate from any eligible subscription refund.

Where applicable law requires payment of amounts that cannot legally be forfeited, 6thMind Labs will handle those amounts as required by law.

Where a subscription refund is otherwise eligible, the cost or designated value of the premium digital eBook already delivered remains non-refundable and is excluded from the eligible subscription refund.

A contributor whose account is deactivated may submit one appeal.

The appeal must be submitted within 7 days of account deactivation. Only one appeal may be submitted for that deactivation.

If the appeal is approved, 6thMind Labs may restore the account or take another appropriate corrective action.

If the appeal is rejected, the deactivation remains in effect.

Where the contributor qualifies for a subscription refund following rejection, the eligible subscription refund is processed after excluding the non-refundable eBook cost/value.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.

6thMind Labs may update this Contributor Policy as the platform, security requirements or contributor program evolves.

Material changes should be communicated or made available through the platform as appropriate.

Continued use of contributor services after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the applicable Terms of Service and legal requirements.
