  • Account preferences

Identity Verification Information

  • Country

  • Identification-document number
  • Verification status
  • Verification submission information
  • Information associated with identity-verification reviews

Identification numbers may be protected using technical security measures appropriate to the system, including encryption and other safeguards.

Video Verification

Where required, contributors may be asked to submit a verification video. The video may contain the contributor's face, identification document, voice, spoken verification information and other information visible or audible in the submitted recording.

Verification videos are used for identity, account-integrity, fraud-prevention and contributor-eligibility purposes. They are not intended to be publicly accessible and are not used for advertising purposes.

2. Account Security Information

We may process information necessary to protect accounts and authenticate users, including password-related authentication data, authenticator-app/TOTP configuration information, authentication events, recovery-code information, security and session information, login activity and security-related account events.

Passwords and sensitive authentication secrets should be stored or processed using appropriate security protections rather than in readable plaintext.

We will never legitimately ask you to disclose your authenticator application's current security code or recovery codes outside the platform's authorized authentication processes.

3. Contributor and Task Information

When you participate as a contributor, we may collect and maintain information including Tasks presented to you, Task submissions, selected answers, written explanations, correctness or evaluation results, completed-Task counts, contributor performance information, activity timestamps, applicable quality or policy indicators, account-review information and other information necessary to operate the contributor program.

This information may be used to operate Tasks, calculate qualifying earnings, maintain quality standards, detect abuse and enforce platform policies.

4. Earnings, Subscription and Transaction Information

We may process information relating to subscription purchases, digital-product entitlements, eBook access or download status, Earned Balance, Task earnings, referral earnings, refund eligibility, withdrawal requests, withdrawal status, transaction records and other payment-related account information.

Where payment processing is performed by a third-party provider, that provider may separately process payment information according to its own privacy practices.

6thMind Labs should not collect complete payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by an authorized third-party payment provider.

5. Bitcoin Wallet Information

Where Bitcoin withdrawals or eligible cryptocurrency refunds are supported, we may collect and process the Bitcoin wallet address provided by you.

Wallet addresses may be used for processing eligible withdrawals, processing applicable refunds, transaction verification, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping and resolving transaction-related support issues.

Public Blockchain Information

Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Once a transaction is transmitted, information such as the sending and receiving addresses, transaction amount and transaction identifier may become permanently visible on the blockchain.

6thMind Labs cannot delete or alter information independently recorded on a public blockchain.

6. Referral Information

If you participate in the referral program, we may process your referral identifier or link, referral relationships, qualifying referral events, referral earnings and information necessary to detect duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated referrals.

7. Technical and Usage Information

When you use the platform, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login and session information, security events, pages or platform functions accessed, timestamps, error information and other technical information reasonably necessary for security and operation.

We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

8. How We Use Personal Information

We may process personal information to:

  • Create and maintain accounts
  • Authenticate users
  • Verify contributor identity

  • Maintain and improve the security, reliability and operation of the platform

We do not claim rights to use identity documents or verification videos for unrelated advertising purposes.

9. Identity and Video Verification

Identity and video verification information requires heightened protection. Verification information is intended to be accessible only to authorized systems and personnel who require access for legitimate verification, security, compliance or support purposes.

Private Video Storage

Verification videos are stored using private, non-public storage and are not intentionally published through permanent public URLs. Authorized Admin reviewers may receive temporary authenticated or signed access necessary to stream a verification video inside the secured Admin environment.

Administrative Review and Manual Deletion

Authorized personnel may review submitted verification information to determine whether to approve or reject a contributor's verification. Administrative approval and rejection actions may be recorded for security and accountability.

After a verification review has been completed, authorized administrators may permanently delete the associated verification video from private storage. Verification decision and audit records may be retained separately. Deleting a video does not remove the verification decision itself.

Verification videos may be retained only for identity-verification, review, security and related platform-integrity purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Automated Processing and Account Controls

6thMind Labs may use automated systems and platform rules to assist with authentication, security monitoring, duplicate-account detection, Task processing, scoring, earnings calculations, activity limits, policy reminders, fraud detection and identifying accounts requiring review.

Where an account is subject to a consequential review or enforcement decision, additional human administrative review may be used where provided by the platform or required by applicable law.

11. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may disclose information to service providers and other parties where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, including providers supporting cloud hosting, database infrastructure, private file storage, authentication and security, email delivery, payment processing, technical infrastructure and other operational services.

Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their functions and remain subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, protect legal rights or platform security, or protect users or others from unlawful or harmful activity.

12. International Data Processing

6thMind Labs operates through 6TH MIND LAB AND TECHNOLOGY INC in El Salvador, while contributors and service providers may be located in other countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the country in which a contributor resides.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate mechanisms or safeguards for international processing and transfers of personal information.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including maintaining an active account, operating the contributor program, processing transactions, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing platform policies, maintaining security and audit records, and satisfying applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Verification Videos

Verification videos are stored privately for identity-verification, review, security and related platform-integrity purposes. Authorized administrators may permanently delete a verification video after the review is complete. The verification decision and necessary audit information may be retained even after the video itself is deleted.

Information subject to an active investigation, dispute, legal hold or applicable legal requirement may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

14. Account Deactivation and Data Retention

Account deactivation does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all associated information.

Certain information may need to be retained after deactivation for the 7-day appeal process, fraud prevention, security, refund processing, transaction records, dispute resolution, enforcement history and legal or regulatory obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary should be deleted or anonymized where appropriate and required.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion where legally available, objection or restriction of certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent, and other privacy requests provided by applicable law.

These rights are not absolute. 6thMind Labs may be required or permitted to retain certain information for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, security, disputes or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

Identity-verification information also may need to be retained where necessary to prevent a previously restricted individual from improperly creating duplicate accounts, subject to applicable law.

16. How to Make a Privacy Request

Privacy-related requests may be submitted through the 6thMind Labs Contact Us or Support Center channels.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request involving personal information. Verification is intended to prevent another person from obtaining, altering or deleting your information without authorization.

We will respond according to applicable legal requirements.

17. Security

6thMind Labs uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

  • Authentication controls

21. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services.

A third party's collection and processing of information is governed by that party's own privacy practices where it acts independently of 6thMind Labs.

We encourage users to review applicable third-party privacy policies before providing information directly to those services.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in platform functionality, verification processes, service providers, security practices, legal requirements or our handling of personal information.

When appropriate or legally required, material changes will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate method.
