Terms of Service

6thMind Labs is an artificial-intelligence training and evaluation platform focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital finance.

The platform may provide eligible contributors with access to structured evaluation Tasks, educational materials, contributor tools, referral opportunities and other services.

6thMind Labs is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, bank, investment adviser or investment-management service. Nothing on the platform constitutes personalized financial or investment advice.

To create or maintain a contributor account, you must:

• Meet any minimum age required by applicable law
• Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Satisfy applicable identity and security-verification requirements
• Comply with applicable laws and 6thMind Labs policies
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law

6thMind Labs may restrict access from jurisdictions where providing the platform or processing payments would violate applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Creating an account does not guarantee approval as a contributor, access to Tasks or earnings.

Each contributor may maintain only one contributor account, unless 6thMind Labs expressly authorizes otherwise.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or operated on behalf of another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, authenticator credentials and recovery codes.

You must promptly notify 6thMind Labs if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

6thMind Labs may require identity and security verification before granting or continuing contributor access.

Verification may include information such as:

• Country
• Identification-document type
• Identification-document number
• Verification video
• Account-security information
• Other information reasonably necessary to establish account identity and integrity

Where video verification is required, the contributor may be asked to record or upload a video showing their face and identification document and to provide a brief spoken response.

Submission of verification information does not guarantee approval. Accounts awaiting required verification or review may be prevented from accessing Tasks or other restricted platform functionality.

Verification information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Participation in the 6thMind Labs contributor program does not, by itself, create a guarantee of employment, continuous work, minimum hours or minimum earnings.

Task availability may change based on platform requirements, contributor eligibility, quality controls, capacity and other operational factors.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted to override a worker classification or other right that applicable law requires regardless of contractual terminology.

Eligible contributors may receive access to structured Tasks involving artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital finance and related subjects.

Tasks may require contributors to:

• Evaluate information or AI-generated material
• Select an appropriate response
• Assess accuracy or reasoning
• Provide an explanation
• Perform other evaluation activities specified by the Task

Task availability is not guaranteed. 6thMind Labs may establish Task limits, eligibility requirements and quality controls.

6thMind Labs relies on genuine human evaluation. All Task answers and explanations must represent the contributor's own knowledge, judgment and reasoning.

Contributors must not use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or other generative-AI or automated answer-generation systems to generate or substantially complete Task answers or explanations.

Contributors also must not use bots, scripts, automation or other unauthorized mechanisms to complete Tasks.

Violations may result in account review, restriction or deactivation. Additional requirements are contained in the Contributor Policy.

Contributor earnings are determined according to the Task, scoring and compensation rules applicable to the contributor's account.

Qualifying correct Task responses may generate earnings according to those rules. Incorrect or otherwise non-qualifying submissions do not generate Task earnings where compensation requires a qualifying correct response.

6thMind Labs may maintain records concerning Task completion, accuracy, contributor activity and earnings for platform operation, quality control, security and compliance.

No earnings are guaranteed.

Qualifying contributor earnings may be reflected in the account as an Earned Balance.

The appearance of an amount in an account does not override applicable account-review requirements, withdrawal requirements, fraud or security investigations, contributor eligibility requirements, or these Terms and incorporated policies.

Contributors may review available earnings information through their accounts.

Subject to applicable eligibility and account requirements, withdrawals are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) to the Bitcoin wallet address supplied by the contributor.

The USD-denominated eligible withdrawal amount may be converted to BTC according to the platform's applicable withdrawal-processing method at the time of processing.

A withdrawal may be subject to account, security, compliance or eligibility review before processing.

Wallet Responsibility

Contributors are responsible for supplying a correct and compatible Bitcoin wallet address.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after transmission. 6thMind Labs is not responsible for loss resulting solely from an incorrect wallet address supplied by the contributor, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any applicable network or processing fees must be disclosed or handled in accordance with the withdrawal terms presented by the platform.

6thMind Labs may offer paid contributor plans and digital educational products. Available plans, prices, features and included products are displayed on the applicable Pricing or purchase page.

Plan benefits may include access to digital educational material and platform features or limits associated with the selected plan.

Purchasing a subscription or digital product does not guarantee:

• Approval as a contributor
• Availability of Tasks
• A particular number of Tasks
• Minimum earnings
• Achievement of the withdrawal threshold
• Continued contributor eligibility

Certain subscriptions include access to a premium digital eBook or other digital training material.

Once the applicable digital product has been delivered or made available in accordance with the purchase terms, its designated cost or value is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contributors may be required to complete applicable platform requirements relating to the digital product before accessing certain contributor functionality.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale or commercial exploitation of 6thMind Labs digital materials is prohibited.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable subscription terms, account circumstances and these Terms.

The remaining eligible subscription amount, if any, may be refunded according to the platform's applicable refund process and payment method.

This subscription-refund calculation is separate from Task earnings and Earned Balance.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Eligible contributors may receive a unique referral link and participate in the 6thMind Labs referral program.

Where the platform offers the currently advertised $50 USD referral earning, it is credited only after the referred contributor satisfies the applicable qualification requirements.

Fraudulent referrals are prohibited, including self-referrals, fabricated accounts, duplicate accounts, identity manipulation, coordinated account abuse or other attempts to obtain referral earnings without satisfying legitimate referral requirements.

6thMind Labs may investigate suspected referral abuse and disallow fraudulent or ineligible referral credits.

6thMind Labs may review an account for legitimate purposes including Task quality, identity verification, security, withdrawal eligibility, suspected AI-assisted Task activity, duplicate-account activity, referral manipulation, suspected fraud, account integrity, or compliance with these Terms or the Contributor Policy.

An account review does not by itself establish misconduct. Where reasonably necessary, access to certain functionality may be restricted while a review is conducted.

6thMind Labs may restrict, suspend or deactivate a contributor account where there is a reasonable basis to determine that the contributor has materially violated these Terms, the Contributor Policy or applicable platform requirements.

Reasons may include identity fraud or misrepresentation, multiple-account abuse, prohibited AI-assisted Task completion, unauthorized automation, manipulation of Tasks or scoring, manipulation of earnings or withdrawals, referral fraud, security abuse, unauthorized account sharing, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or other serious or repeated policy violations.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate deactivation.

Under the 6thMind Labs contributor program, deactivation results in forfeiture of the contributor's remaining Earned Balance, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires payment of amounts that cannot legally be forfeited, 6thMind Labs will handle those amounts as required by law.

This rule is separate from any eligible subscription refund under Section 13. A subscription refund does not restore or constitute payment of a forfeited Earned Balance.

A contributor whose account is deactivated may be eligible to submit one appeal. The appeal must be submitted within 7 days of account deactivation.

Only one appeal may be submitted in relation to that deactivation decision. The appeal should provide truthful and relevant information explaining why the contributor believes the decision should be reconsidered.

If the Appeal Is Approved

6thMind Labs may restore the account or take another appropriate corrective action based on the outcome of the review. Restoration remains subject to applicable account, verification and security requirements.

If the Appeal Is Rejected

The deactivation remains in effect. Where the contributor qualifies for a subscription refund, the eligible subscription amount will be refunded after excluding the non-refundable cost/value of the delivered eBook, subject to applicable law and the platform's refund-processing requirements.

The appeal decision concludes the platform's internal appeal process for that deactivation.

• Access accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfere with platform operation or security
• Exploit vulnerabilities for personal or financial benefit
• Manipulate Tasks, balances, earnings, referrals or withdrawals
• Submit fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person
• Circumvent verification or account restrictions
• Scrape or automate platform functionality without authorization
• Introduce malicious software
• Attempt to reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law
• Misuse platform intellectual property
• Use the platform for unlawful activity

Security vulnerabilities should be reported rather than exploited.

The 6thMind Labs platform, branding, software, interfaces, training materials, eBooks, original Task content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to 6TH MIND LAB AND TECHNOLOGY INC, except where otherwise indicated.

These Terms provide only the limited rights necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to the contributor.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly publish or commercially exploit protected 6thMind Labs materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits such use.

To the extent necessary to operate, evaluate, secure and improve the platform, contributors grant 6thMind Labs the rights necessary to process Task responses, explanations, feedback and other materials intentionally submitted through the platform.

This provision does not give 6thMind Labs ownership of a contributor's identity documents or verification video.

Identity and verification materials are processed for verification, security and compliance purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Use of the platform is subject to the 6thMind Labs Privacy Policy.

Depending on the services used, 6thMind Labs may process account information, identity-verification information, verification videos, security information, Task activity, transaction information and other data necessary to operate the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their accounts and devices. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Bitcoin and other digital assets involve technical and market risks.

Where Bitcoin is used solely as a withdrawal method, the value of BTC received may fluctuate after conversion or payment.

6thMind Labs does not guarantee the future value of Bitcoin and is not responsible for subsequent market-price movements after a withdrawal is properly processed.

Contributors are responsible for determining whether receiving cryptocurrency is lawful and appropriate in their jurisdiction.

Information, Tasks, educational materials and other content available through 6thMind Labs are provided for platform, training and evaluation purposes.

Nothing provided through the platform should be interpreted as personalized investment advice, trading advice, financial planning, brokerage services, tax advice or legal advice.

Users should obtain appropriate independent professional advice where necessary.

We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, security events, technical failures, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

6thMind Labs may modify or discontinue platform functionality where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6thMind Labs may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functionality such as hosting, databases, storage, authentication, payments, email delivery or security.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms or privacy practices where applicable.

6thMind Labs is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6thMind Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous Task availability, any specific level of earnings, that a contributor will reach a withdrawal threshold, that every feature will remain unchanged, or that the platform will be free from every technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6TH MIND LAB AND TECHNOLOGY INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform where such limitation is legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or liabilities reasonably arising from your fraud, unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights or deliberate misuse of the platform.

This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

6thMind Labs may update these Terms as the platform, contributor program, legal requirements or services evolve.

Where required, material changes will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate method.

The effective date displayed at the beginning of these Terms will identify the current version. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that applicable law prevents us from modifying.

A contributor may stop using the platform and may request account closure through the available account or support process.

Account closure remains subject to outstanding transactions, security requirements, legal retention obligations and other applicable provisions of these Terms.

Voluntary account closure should not be treated automatically as misconduct or policy deactivation unless applicable platform rules provide otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to a user provide rights that cannot lawfully be waived or displaced.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a user of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact 6thMind Labs and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute through the platform's support process.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any valid jurisdictional requirements governing 6TH MIND LAB AND TECHNOLOGY INC.

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by 6thMind Labs to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Contributor Policy and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and 6thMind Labs concerning use of the platform, subject to any additional terms presented for specific services or transactions.

Questions concerning these Terms may be submitted through the 6thMind Labs Support Center or official Contact Us channel.
